Dr. Griffin is the owner of Smiths Station Animal Hospital. He founded the hospital and began serving the Smiths Station community in 1998. He recently moved his practice from an older location into the newly constructed hospital in November 2006. Dr. Griffin grew up in the Smiths Station area and is a 1988 graduate of Smiths Station High School. He appreciates the opportunity to enhance the special bond between people and their pets and is committed to providing the very best medical and surgical care in a compassionate and caring manner. Dr. Griffin and his wife Windy share their home with their daughter Carson, son Mason and their German Shorthair Pointer, Murphy. Dr. Griffin enjoys Auburn Football, outdoor activities, music & concerts, and home gardening.

Dr. Namie is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She moved to Alabama to attend Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine. It was here, that she met her husband, Stu who is a firefighter at Ft. Benning, Georgia. Together they enjoy the company of their three dogs (Moose, Nestle, and Keebler), a few cats who love taunting the dogs, and a rabbit, Cadbury. Dr. Namie's passions are traveling, being outdoors, Auburn football - War Eagle!, and most importantly, practicing veterinary medicine.

Dr. Hunt is originally from Tampa, FL where he attended high school. Following high school graduation, he attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA and later transferred to the University of Georgia to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After graduation from the University of Georgia, Dr. Hunt attended Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine, where he received his veterinary medicine degree. Dr. Hunt is married and has one daughter, two grandchildren and a Weimaraner. Dr. Hunt's hobbies include water-sports, golf and Auburn Football.
